Warm, friendliest people you will want to talk to. When calling and placing my orders they have remembered me and where my daughters worked. I have only sent flowers a couple times a year, but they've talked to me like I do it every week! I have had flowers delivered to my wife for 14 years of marriage. I was having surgery on our anniversary and they delivered them to the hospital while I was in surgery.
